Whether you’re preparing for your baby or already in the early days of motherhood, reaching out is a beautiful first step.
I know this season can feel overwhelming - you don’t have to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
If you’re unsure whether you’re within my service area, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to chat.
Think of this as a virtual coffee (or tea) together - a calm, supportive space where we can chat about what you need and how I can help. There’s absolutely no pressure - this is simply a chance to connect and explore what support might feel right for you.
If you don't hear back from me in 48 hours please email info@insideouthealthwellness.com.au. Sometimes the internet gremlins eat emails. Rude.
It’s completely normal to wonder that - especially if this is your first baby or if you’re used to doing things on your own.
Many of the mothers I work with don’t realise how much support would help until they’re already in it. Postpartum can be beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, emotional, and physically demanding.
This support isn’t about needing help - it’s about being held, guided, and cared for during a time of huge transition.
I understand - it’s a meaningful investment.
What I offer is very personalised, high-touch support. It includes not just the time I spend in your home, but also the care, guidance, and availability between visits, as well as the experience and training I bring into each session.
For many families, this becomes one of the most valuable forms of support they receive during postpartum - because it directly impacts how they feel, recover, and adjust in those early weeks.
If it feels important to you but you’re unsure financially, I’m always happy to chat through options.
Yes, I do.
I want this support to feel accessible, so flexible payment options are available. We can spread payments out in a way that feels more manageable for your family.
That’s wonderful - and so important.
My role isn’t to replace your support system, but to gently support all of you. I can help guide your partner, take pressure off family members, and create space for you to rest and recover without feeling like you need to host or direct others.
It often allows your whole support system to feel more confident and at ease.
Each visit is shaped around what you need that day.
Some days that might look like emotional support, talking things through, or helping you feel more confident with your baby. Other days it might be practical support - light household help, baby care, or simply holding the baby while you rest or shower.
There’s no pressure to “use the time well.” This is your space to be supported in whatever way feels most helpful.
.
This is a common thought - and it makes sense.
In my experience, most families end up valuing the consistency of support more than they expect. Postpartum can be unpredictable, and having that ongoing support already in place often brings a deep sense of relief.
That said, we always move at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer in-home postpartum support in Secret Harbour and across Perth’s southern suburbs (south of the river), including Rockingham, Mandurah, and surrounding areas.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to chat.
Most families book during pregnancy to ensure support is in place before baby arrives.
This means you can move into postpartum already knowing you have someone there for you - without needing to organise help when you’re already tired and adjusting.
Yes - I can gently support you with breastfeeding in the comfort of your own home.
This includes guidance with latch, positioning, and building confidence as you and your baby learn together. Often, having calm, consistent support in those early days can make a big difference.
I’ve completed additional training in breastfeeding support for professionals, which allows me to assist with common challenges and offer reassurance along the way.
If more complex support is ever needed, I can also guide you toward a trusted lactation consultant - so you always feel fully supported.
